Experts suggest that healthy adults need about eight hours of sleep, although some can get away with as little as six hours. On the flip side, some need as much as ten hours before they can function at peak levels during the day.
Sleeping is very important because it helps our body and mind to function well. But there are times when its so hard to sleep no matter how sheep we count or how many turns we make in bed, sleep wouldn’t just come.
Here’s how to make a tea:
- 1-2 cups of water
- cinnamon (optional)
- Cut both tips of the banana. Don’t peel it. The peel contains magnesium.
- Put the banana in a small pot of water and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add cinnamon for flavor.
You can drink this tea while eating the yummy boiled fruit- for a healthy late snack.
